Registration for the 2023/2024 season is open for K-8th grade. If you have a player interested in playing for the Crawdad Lacrosse team please contact us at [email protected] or register through the following link:

Jr Crawdads: Boys K-4th Grade
JV Crawdads: 5th/6th Grade Boys
V Crawdads: 7th/8th Grade Boys
(Jr Crawdads will have the option to register separately for the Spring and Fall sessions)
Our players go to the following schools: Sunset, Mill Creek, Nolensville & Jordan Elementary Schools and Sunset & Mill Creek Middle Schools. Some exceptions may apply - please reach out to [email protected] for information on exceptions.
Before starting the registration process, please visit the US Lacrosse website (uslacrosse.org/membership) to obtain a valid membership for your player. Membership in US Lacrosse is required for insurance coverage and is mandatory to be able to attend practice.

All the required forms are electronically signed as part of registration. If you are attending fall ball practices before registering, please print out and sign the below waivers. These are required to participate in any practices.
